If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
PERLA extends this period to 30 days to offer a more flexible return experience.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
PERLA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as PERLA cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, PERLA will cover the return costs.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
In accordance with EU regulations, refunds may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item or proof of shipment.
Refunds will include the cost of the returned item and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs.
Additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery method selected by the customer are not refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
